ABSTRACT
Background: The exact timing of treatment mandibular fractures remains a source debate.Immediate repair is not always feasible; the existence associated injuries and bad general condition might make it practical.We performed this study to detect difference percentage complications between cases early delayed management in order set recommendations appropriate work on these cases.Methods: A retrospective included 180 patients having isolated parasymphyseal underwent chart review document relevant data, including time fracture, recorded during post-operative follow-up.Patients were categorized according whether they had surgical intervention post-trauma or late.Results: 90% males 10% females.Mean age 28.74 years.59% presented with zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures.Follow-up was 6 months.No statistically significant development after mandible fracture late groups. Conclusion:Our has similar results that some earlier studies addition different variables.
