ABSTRACT
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) without a hole transport layer (HTL) are proposed in this study as more cost-effective and efficient alternative to PSCs with an HTL. The active of these is CH3NH3SnI3. To optimize the performance PSC, different materials for Electron Transport Layers (ETLs) were simulated. Additionally, impact thickness, doping concentration, concentration profile on device was investigated using 1D-Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator. According simulation results, optimal thicknesses ETL absorber 30 nm 1000 respectively, resulting power conversion efficiency (PCE) 31.08 %. HTL-free CH3NH3SnI3.-based PSC attained open circuit voltage 1.1037 V, short-circuit current density 31.749 𝑚𝐴/𝑐𝑚2, fill factor 88.7 These results may help creation highly effective reasonably priced by providing insight into design optimization PSCs. Given that it provides simple inexpensive method producing high-performance cells, suggested structure has potential be viable replacement traditional
