ABSTRACT
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a global chronic neuro-disorder categorized by the lack of cognition and memory. Here, present exploration was intended to reveal ameliorative properties Blueberry (BB) against aluminum chloride (AlCl3)-provoked neurobehavioral pathological changes in AD animals.Eighteen male rats were allocated into three groups.Control group; received saline, AlCl3 (70 mg/kg/day orally) for 28 days + BB group, treated with (0.4 mg/kg/day, days, 1 h after injection AlCl3.At end experiment, behavioral tests (open field, Morris water maze, novel object) done as well brain separated biochemical, histological measurements.Treatment amended body weights biochemical histopathological alterations induced AlCl3.Moreover, significantly improved impairments caused AlCl3.The current study revealed that may contribute protecting from intoxication.
