ABSTRACT
Background: A number of factors have been proposed to be predictive benefit for males with a good probability retrieve sperms; as testicular volume, serum FSH, total testosterone and Inhibin B levels. However, little information has present regarding the use seminal Clusterin (CLU) that purpose.Aim: We designed study in order estimate CLU level non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) undergoing Testicular sperm extraction (TESE), also detect possibility its predictor spermatogenesis those patients.Further, we aimed analyze relation size, semen presence or absence varicocele, hormonal profile result MD-TESE.Patients Methods: cross-sectional hospital-based on 176 (of them; 88 NOA normal fertile).A sample was obtained from each patient before micro-dissection (MD)-TESE surgery fertile males.Seminal measured all samples by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results: Seminal significantly differ between patients (P-value = 0.000*).A significant positive both volume size < 0.05).A non-significant correlation micro-TESE > 0.05).Conclusion: concentration se minal plasma, which is proportional expression testis patients.Seminal not associated whether spermatozoa can successfully retrieved MD-TESE.Thus, couldn't used useful biomarker assessment spermatogenic status MD-TESE.
