ABSTRACT
Length-weight and length-length relationships are presented for four fish species from the estuaries of south Johore, Peninsular Malaysia. The values exponent b in length-weight (LWRs) W= aL ranged 2.97 to 3.44 (LLRs) TL= aSL 0.87 0.95.The application these regressions should be limited observed length ranges. The condition factor K was judged less important comparative studies, since this parameter closely correlated with b.To our knowledge herein both archer (Toxotes chatareus Toxotes jaculatrix) puffer (Lagocephalus wheeleri Lagocephalus sceleratus) collected study area represents first reference available Malaysian waters.
