Background Home Internet of Things (IoT) services and devices have the potential to aid older adults people with disabilities in their living environments. IoT can also caregivers health care providers conveniently providing those need. However, real-world data on needs vulnerable are lacking. Objective The objective this study is conduct a face-to-face survey demand for among disabilities, caregivers, setting see if there any differences aspects Methods We conducted 500 participants between January 2019 March 2019. A total 300 (200 aged ≥65 years 100 physically disabled 30-64 years) were randomly sampled from either population-based, prospective cohort aging—the Aging Study Pyeongchang Rural Area (ASPRA)—or outpatient clinics at Asan Medical Center, Seoul, South Korea. Simultaneously, (n=150) (n=50) participated survey. Detailed socioeconomic status, digital literacy, physical function, home service determined. Among all commercially available services, 27 classified into five categories: emergency security, safety, care, convenience (information), (operation). weighted-ranking method was used rank different groups.
