ABSTRACT
In Thailand, the health care system has struggled to cope with COVID-19, resulting in directly observed therapy for tuberculosis being de-emphasized. A video-observed (VOT) system, or more specifically, Thai VOT (TH VOT) was developed replace therapy. According pilot study, needed notifications improve usability and user compliance. The updated version of TH thus enabled LINE (Line Corporation) notifications.This study aimed reassess users' compliance system.This conducted Hat Yai Mueang Songkhla districts Province, Southern from September 18 December 1, 2021. used by not only patients but also staff, who acted as observers primary settings.
