The use of chatbots in mental health support has increased exponentially recent years, with studies showing that they may be effective treating problems. More recently, the visual avatars called digital humans been introduced. Digital have capability to facial expressions as another dimension human-computer interactions. It is important study difference emotional response and usability preferences between text-based for interacting services.
