ABSTRACT
<sec> <title>BACKGROUND</title> The Philippines’ primary care is delivered via local health centers called barangay (BHCs). Barangays are the most government units in Philippines. Designed to promote and prevent disease basic care, these BHCs staffed mainly by workers (BHWs). However, there has been limited research on social environmental factors affecting underserved communities’ access areas of Given importance prevention promotion, it necessary identify obstacles providing their services initiatives. </sec> <title>OBJECTIVE</title> This study aimed explore multilevel barriers accessing BHCs. <title>METHODS</title> We used a qualitative approach socioecological model as framework investigate provision. A total 18 BHWs from 6 nationwide participated focus group interviews. Traditional thematic content analysis was analyze data.
