<title>BACKGROUND</title> As the global population continues to age, prevalence of sarcopenia is gradually increasing, and loss skeletal muscle mass one manifestations sarcopenia. Low calf circumference often used as a predictor poor or The older adults usually have combination multiple chronic diseases. There lack evidence explore risk factors for low with multimorbidity in Chinese community-dwelling adults.
<title>OBJECTIVE</title> This study aimed potential categories adult patients from an individual-centered perspective. <title>METHODS</title> We selected 15,874 participants Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey 2018 screened patients. "individual-centered" Latent class analysis classify groups. Applying elastic net screen reliable variables, logistic regression was multimorbidity. <title>RESULTS</title> A collection 7956 individuals eligible research, age over 90 years accounting 49.77%, occurred 66.68%, 27.22% circumference. Between 65 89 increased age. However, majority are reasonably good health after 90. Five groups were identified by latent analysis: multisystem morbidity diseases (3.60%), arthritis-rheumatism rheumatoid (18.47%), diabetes-hypertension (15.23%), respiratory-heart (16.02%), cardiovascular (46.68%). Through 12 variables net, showed different significant impaction groups, including demographic background, behavioural characteristics, physical mental factors. In particular, who self-report grading live urban areas need more attention. <title>CONCLUSIONS</title> Our results revealed that common phenomenon among adults, combined also large group. population, proportion does not simply increase Multimorbidity has been five Different distinctive Public authorities should pay attention multimorbidity, carrying out targeted interventions enhancing outcomes.
