ABSTRACT
<sec> <title>BACKGROUND</title> As Canada's population ages, so does its workforce. Early retirement among nurses is on the rise and has become norm within this It represents a major concern for maintaining an adequate qualified On one hand, decision to take early due several factors, including occupational stress. other low job satisfaction would exacerbate intentions, while resilience be related intention stay at work. Little known about how mobilize these factors promote healthy retention as they age. </sec> <title>OBJECTIVE</title> This study three objectives: (1) explore experience of aging nursing staff regarding their influence stress, resilience, satisfaction; (2) interventions used optimize minimize stress retirement; (3) generate validate participatory strategies tailored context retirement. <title>METHODS</title> A three-phase qualitative research design will used.
