ABSTRACT
In this research, effects of SiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) on the growth, antioxidant properties, and phenolic flavonoid contents were investigated in Anthemis gilanica plants from Asteraceae family. Following seed germination, seedlings cultured under Hoagland growth media treated with different concentrations SiO2NPs (0, 2, 4, 6 8 g L-1). The results showed that NPs significantly enhanced relative water content (RWC), dry fresh weights, shoot length especially at 4 L-1, but decreased root increasing NPs. Xylem number size, stele diameter increased up to then higher concentration. Total phenol NPs, maximum was observed L-1. Moreover, activity extracts by reducing IC50 conclusion, study proposes can improve bioactive compounds A. induction anatomical alterations.
