ABSTRACT
Posterior interosseous nerve (PIN) injury is an uncommon yet debilitating complication following distal bicep tendon repair. There are case reports of acute intraoperative PIN related to retractor placement, drill trajectory, and incarceration. We report three cases delayed neuropathy in the setting a loose cortical button. All patients had resolution their pain with removal button decompression radial tunnel. The purpose this series to: 1) highlight possibility as cause proximal forearm early or late postoperative timeframe; 2) emphasize importance proper surgical technique use fluoroscopy assure well-fixed flush shaft. .
