Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) with a high mortality rate is among the most common types of cancer in world. Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) expressed higher than normal level HNSCC tumors, making them resistant to chemotherapy radiotherapy. Therefore, HER2 has been introduced as suitable target for anticancer drugs. The aim this study examine efficacy treatment protocol involving targeted delivery idarubicin encapsulated trastuzumab-decorated liposomes cells.
