ABSTRACT
Recently in Okinawa, red soil runoff becomes a remarkable problem, and sediment movements (erosion, transportation, sedimentation) have to be grasped for assessments of new land development plans or sustainable managements agriculture. A purpose this study is grasp the at watershed scalefrom results multi-point simultaneous observation small agricultural basin including erosion observation. The time series discharge, suspended concentration were measured on several rainfall events andat proper intervals time. amount from farm balance calculated observed data. It was substantiated that low canopy covered lands affect yield, structure arrangement settling basins sedimentation. After observation, USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) applied evaluated by accuracy practicality as first step establish prediction method runoff.
