ABSTRACT
In this paper, a traffic simulator is designed in order to investigate the travel demand based on GIS data and analysis. evaluate proposed simulator, four different scenarios are provided for arrangement of land use services. first scenario, all service located middle region; second services periphery third defined regularly entire area; finally, last unchanged statuses evaluated. The comparison parameters Vehicle Miles Travel (VMT) Hours (VHT), which measured these scenarios. analysis results shows that regular distribution (scenario 3), with VHT, mean 33.01 minutes best while scenario 2 VHT average 35.12 has worst performance.
