We also specimens.A total 26 identified Of these, 13 at (13/595, 2%) (13/111, 12%), which was significant (p<0.0001). median circumferential portion involved less for than ones, but difference did not reach significance (90° vs 240°, p=0.07). diagnosis adenocarcinoma three cases. Histologic analysis showed that space bulla, fibrous walled cyst without defined lining, pleural bleb one case, tumor eccentric relative unevenly thickened. At repeat CT screening, finding an isolated increased thickness should raise suspicion cancer.
