ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to describe the CT findings lower respiratory tract involvement by relapsing polychondritis.The most common manifestations were increased attenuation and smooth thickening airway walls. Tracheal or bronchial stenosis less common. Airway collapse lobar air trapping seen in half patients examined with expiratory CT.
