ABSTRACT
The use of remotely piloted aircraft systems allows for practicality in the collection and monitoring study areas or development rehabilitation projects degraded areas.As such, this technology is gaining space as an alternative applications studies surveys several areas.This work justified by demand search practical alternatives that will enable framing rural properties according to new Brazilian Forestry Code (Codígo Florestal Brasileiro) its environmental recovery plans (Plano de Recuperação Ambiental).The objective therefore evaluate a Remotely Piloted Aircraft System property, seeking include it framework Code.To accomplish work, information samples were taken area 30.19 ha property with -RPAS.After data collection, images treated using QGis software through generation ortho-mosaic, which enabled be analyzed interpreted.With interpretation land occupation maps occupation, diagnosis current situation can obtained.In second phase, created legislative framework, regularization.After completion conclusion drawn -RPAS viable enables efficiency speed.
