Reproductive tract infections in antenatal women are frequently occurring public health concern affecting the quality of life infected and further affects neonatal outcome negatively. Vaginal predominantly caused due to disturbance normal vaginal microflora. Group B Streptococcus (GBS) is a major peritoneal pathogen leading morbidity mortality both mother neonates complications like preterm labour, chorioamnionitis Preterm rupture membrane (PROM). Further, Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) encountered gynaecological disease causing 3/4th at least once their span. It leads infertility non-pregnant women. results adverse pregnancy outcomes such as congenital abnormalities neonates. The aim this study screen for potential bacterial yeast with focus on GBS Candida its outcome. species were identified by routine culture-based tests. HiChrome agar was used speciation species. CAMP test performed GBS; identification done using Streptococcal grouping kit. found 15% Species be most common an infection rate 50%. Lower segment Cesarean section (LSCS) positive 60% Non albicans 65.38%. 33% born mothers had respiratory distress. Infection negatively influenced mode delivery mean body weight comparatively less.
