ABSTRACT
<p>Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) is common a malignant neoplasma originated from epithelial cells. It usually involving the oral mucosa and underlying tissue of tongue, hypopharynx, also larynx. This report discussed about management SCC at tongue with hemiglosectomy selective neck dissection managed in male, 57 years old who referred chief complaints mass on measuring 0.5cm that did not heal, Incision biopsy result confirms squamous cell carcinoma well differentiated his enlarged lymph nodes level I ipsilateral. The patient was hospitalized surgery conducted, entire edge excision boundary has been free tumor mass. Hemiglosectomy selected depending size lesion, location lesion metastases occurrence.</p>
