Abstract: PhyllanthusEmblica, Indian Gooseberry and in Sanskrit we all known as “AMALAKI”, is a small to medium sized deciduous tree. It belongs the Family Phyllanthus. Amalaki one of most beneficial components Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha Chinese Medicine System. type notable fruit due it’s high level Vit-C. According “CHARAK SAMHITA” amalaki used treat lot disease also called it ‘AMRIT PHALA’ which mean ‘Fruit Of Heaven’. Tridosha Panchbhuta both are principle oldest medicine system world AYURVEDA , AMLA well mentioned Ayurveda for traditional uses theurepeutic applications. So this review Article concern phytochemistry, pharmacololgical activity therapeutic application Amla. The different chemical constituents found Amalki showing fallowing activities- Antioxidant, Antitussive, Anti-inflammatory, Antiviral, Antiulcer, Anticancer, Antimicrobial, Antidiabetic,Cardioprotectivce, Hypolipidemicetc
