A Case Report on the Improvement of Arrhythmia Caused by Ventricular Premature Contractions through a Complex Korean Medicine Treatment Focusing on <italic>Chungsimyeonja-tang</italic> and Modified <italic>Saengmaek-san</italic> (<italic>Iksim-tang</italic>, Yi Shen Tang)

ABSTRACT
Objective: This case report demonstrates the effects of Chungsimyeonja-tang (CSYJT) and Iksim-tang (IST) in managing premature ventricular contractions (PVC) musculoskeletal pain caused by a car accident.Case Presentation: A late-60s female presented with PVC detected during pulse diagnosis following accident. She reported palpitations, which scored 5 on numeric rating scale (NRS), fluttering sensation her back, began after COVID-19 vaccination 2021. Electrocardiography (ECG) confirmed QRS complexes. Treatment included 10 days CSYJT followed IST, combined nonpharmacological traditional Korean treatment (TKM). By Day 20, had resolved, as identified normalized ECG, palpitation improved to NRS 0.Conclusion: potential TKM for treating related palpitations not previously treated or managed appropriately, thus improving quality life through an integrative approach.
