ABSTRACT
Objectives The purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive job analysis entry-level 3D Modeler roles and subsequently develop standardized vocational training program. This program designed meet the needs students pursuing career technical education, with dual cultivating essential skills providing well-defined path. Methods To achieve this, DACUM (Developing Curriculum) workshop was conducted 5 industry experts. outcomes were validated by experts who did not participate in workshop. Then engaged standard program's feasibility suitability verified two instructors currently teaching modeling at institutions. Results yielded definition role, along corresponding duties tasks. role involves four (modeling element analysis, modeling, task management, inspection) total 16 tasks identified under these duties. In addition, (500 hours) path developed facilitate continuous growth after entering workforce. Conclusions comprehensively analyzes roles, establishes path, aiding education guiding schools
