Integrated nutrient management of mustard (<em>Brassica juncea</em> L.) alluvial soil of Uttar Pradesh

ABSTRACT
A field experiment was carried out in the pot culture of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, C S Azad University Agriculture & Technology during 2017-18. The consisted 9 treatments viz. T1: Control, T2: 100% N (RDF), T3: 75% NPK T4: + FYM T5: PSB S, T6: NPK, T7: FYM, T8: T9: assigned randomized block design replicated thrice rabi season soil experimental plot sandy loam texture, medium fertility slightly alkaline reaction. weather period by large normal devoid any extreme conditions. results indicated that application resulted significantly maximum plant height, number functional leaves, branches plant-1, girth plant, days to 50% flowering maturity, root development, Oil (%), yield ultimately higher seed straw as compared other corresponding tested treatments. treatment also excelled harvest index, net return benefit: cost ratio under control.
