This simple article discusses the concept of naskh and its division in Qur'anic studies. The study has become increasingly important, not only ulumul Qur'an but also extending to other Shari'ah disciplines, including science ushul fiqh, which concentrates on discovery legal arguments methods istinbath law. argues for importance reviewing by placing maqashid scales as a parameter fulfillment benefits harms, especially with regard classification distribution examples. author uses literature method this research referring motherbooks classical studies well various contemporary references, recent scientific journal articles, order discuss issue review fiqh debate long-circulating shubhat views surrounding naskh. results show that kinds rasm tilawah narrated 'ulumul into three forms - according Fiqh Maqashid is unacceptable, because it opens door doubt even skepticism about Book Allah, therefore such model must be rejected realize greater benefit maintaining religion sanctity authenticity Qur'an.يهتم هذا البحث المتواضع بموضوع النسخ ونقاش مفهومه في دراسة علوم القرآن من منظور الفقه المقاصدي. تصبح ذات أهمية قصوى ليست فقط بمعرفة المقدم والمؤخر آيات المنزلة، بل تتوسع إلى العلوم الشرعية، بينها علم أصول الذي يعتني بالعثور على الأدلة وطريقة استنباط الأحكام الشرعية. يطرح المقال إعادة النظر مفهوم بوضع الاعتبار المقاصدي حيث المصلحة والمفسدة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتقسيمات وأمثلتها. يستخدم الباحث طريقة دراسات مكتبية سواء أكانت كتب التراث أو الكتب المعاصرة، النشرات العلمية، للنقاش عن الموضوع وطرد الآراء المشبوهة حول النسخ. وتدل نتيجة أن تقسيمات كما هو مروي ومدعى حسب لا يصح معناه أبدا، يفتح بابا للتشكيك كتاب الله تعالى، ولذا يجوز قبوله لأجل العظمى حفظ الدين وحماية القرآن.
