ABSTRACT
Scientific evidence pertaining to the evaluation of trueness occlusal splints fabricated using different three-dimensional (3D) printers and build orientations compared subtractive technologies is lacking.Overall, one hundred ten were manufactured two 3D a dental mill. Five groups at (0, 30, 45, 60, 90 degrees). In addition, comparison group was subtractively five-axis All scanned exported as standard tessellation language file. Analysis conducted with metrology software root mean square estimate average positive deviation negative used measured outcome. The 0 degree printing orientation most accurate for printer value 0.05 ± 0.01 mm, 60 RMS 0.11 mm. Subtractively splint had significantly higher lowest 0.03 mm.Build influence additively while produced by manufacturing statistically more accurate.
