The American Diabetes Association’s Standards of Care in recommends the use diabetes technology such as continuous glucose monitoring systems and insulin pumps for people living with type 1 diabetes. Unfortunately, there are multiple barriers to uptake these devices, including local center practices. This study aimed examine overall change center-to-center variation across 21 pediatric centers T1D Exchange Quality Improvement Collaborative. It found an increase most from 2021 2022 significant variation.
