ABSTRACT
Metabolic and bariatric surgery (MBS) is the most effective intervention for weight loss leading to significant resolution of obesity-related medical conditions. Recent literature has demonstrated risk reduction certain cancer types after MBS. Studies have shown an overall in hormonal cancer, such as breast endometrial cancer. However, association between incidence various non-hormonal esophageal, gastric, liver, gallbladder, colorectal, pancreatic kidney remains contested. The aim this study was highlight obesity its relationship development well role with focus on cancers.
