Use of ten-group Robson Classification in Türkiye to discuss cesarean section trends

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to analyze and discuss the obstetric data Türkiye in 2016 according Robson 10 Group Classification System.Data related classification 10-Group System were prospectively collected university hospitals, private hospitals public Türkiye. All pregnant women admitted labour delivery wards included classified classification.According Türkiye, 649,212 1,189,578 deliveries performed by cesarean section rate overall 54.6%. rates 38.6%, 68.9%, 70.6%, respectively (P<0.001). 1 2 groups constitute 33.4%, 3 4 30.4% 5 group 25.1% all births. contribution burden is 24.3/54.6%.Türkiye revealed necessity taking initiatives (establishing vaginal birth clinics after cesarean, developing clinical protocols, providing physical emotional support) reduce burdens seen 1, groups.
