ABSTRACT
Aim The present article reports clinical, radiographic, and histological healing of a case alveolar ridge preservation treated with cortical bone allograft bioabsorbable collagen wound dressing membrane for the reconstruction damaged extraction socket buccal dehiscence.
Case report In reported, technique was applied in an site dehiscence type defect, using substitute followed by successful implant placement at later stage.
Conclusion This showed that dehiscence, freeze dried covered fast resorption membrane, can lead to new formation, up 53.53%, ultimately allow safe placement.
