ABSTRACT
Tear fluid has a critical role for the function of refraction index light and quality image. The purpose this study is to compare tear ocular dominance in patients with refractive errors. One hundred three mean age 35.63±14.95who was referred ophthalmology service examination were enrolled study. The handedness determined by Edinburgh hand preference questionnaire other tests.Visual acuity tested ophthalmological methods Schirmer test administered patients. Our included seventy-three female thirty male patients.Right hand-dominance found as 94.1% right eye 66.0%.Myopia higher both (-0.74±1.16D)and left (-0.68±1.01D)dominance.There statically negative correlation between hypermetropia degree volume (p= 0.015; r = -0.240)there non-statically (p=0.060;r= -0.186).There no either myopia fluid, dominance, fluid. The existence amounts suggesting that evaluation should be considered clinical significance.
