The authors have investigated the cardio-vascular morbidity rate of “noise-related hazardous” professions and employees managerial personnel not connected with influence hazardous production factors in 246 patients cardiological department “Road Hospital State Enterprise “Odessa railroad” during period from 2009 to 2011. Pathology system (hypertensive disease, ischemic heart disease and others) develops a relatively early age (18-30 years) job seniority up 10 years, that is, negative effect on organism industrial noise, vibration, infra- ultrasound, unfavorable microclimate, psycho-emotional physical overstrain etc. similar incidence significantly later.
