ABSTRACT
Purpose - to study particular properties of the course infection among hospitalizedchildren depending on nature their treatment provided in pre-hospitalizationperiod order improve results children with COVID-19.Material and methods. In a random sample 263 COVID-19, admittedto Department infectious diseases Regional Children's Clinical Hospitalof Chernivtsi, have been examined. The first clinical group includes 68 patients thatreceived antiviral as part symptomatic therapy (average age 6,5 ± 0,74years, male ratio 54,4%), comparison 195 that did not receiveantiviral activity 6,4 0,41 years, 50,8%).Results. Most COVID-19 presented signs moderate severe medicalstate when admitted hospital. Patients receive any thepre-hospitalization period showed delayed body temperature normalization response (onaverage 5th day treatment) and, starting from 10 hospitalization,experienced elevated again caused by inflammatoryprocess result complications. Changes concerning hemostasisinclude an increase absolute count platelets blood, reduction plasmarecalcification time plasma D-dimer levels (p <0,05). Administration ofantiviral Covid-19 outpatient setting is accompaniedwith risk positive PCR test 25% 14th disease.Conclusions. Therefore, administration Covid-19in characterized slightly faster normalizationresponse, better signs, virus elimination (minimization possibility apositive 25%), well less excessive hypercoagulable disorder.
