Emergency health care providers in rural and remote areas do not have the same access to training as those urban areas. This poses a serious challenge provision of equitable healthcare delivery. paper outlines development Mobile Tele-Simulation Unit (MTU) prototype address challenges settings. The goal MTU is increase opportunities for emergency attain remotely. tele-simulation new approach medical with many clear benefits however one must understand how develop such unit its effectiveness teaching procedural skills. In this paper, we describe our multidisciplinary mixed-methods using proven theoretical frameworks. We also discuss developmental challenges, findings on trainee satisfaction learning outcomes. Initial results are promising warrant formal evaluation stage complete study.
