A healthy group comprised 27 Grade 6 primary school 28 1 junior high students. The severely fatigued were hospital outpatients with childhood chronic syndrome (n = 21). Principal components analysis varimax rotation identified 4 factors which accounted for 63.2% total variance, original English version. Internal consistency (Cronbach coefficient alpha) .73, test-retest measured using Spearman rank correlation .55. scores subjects lower than those patients syndrome.
