Breast Cancer: Education, Counseling, and Adjustment—A Pilot Study

The feasibility of a randomized clinical trial to implement and compare the effectiveness three components an intervention for women with breast cancer their partners was tested. components, standardized education by videotape (SE), telephone counseling (TC), (SE + TC), were designed complementary approach disease management at each four phases experience: diagnostic, postsurgery, adjuvant therapy, ongoing recovery.
