ABSTRACT
Marine water-lubricated rubber bearing is used to support the stern shaft of surface vessels and underwater vehicles, whose friction vibration noise directly influence stealth, security both physical psychological health occupants. In order investigate this problem, kinds bearings with different material were tested on testing machine, coefficient, noise, frequency amplitude measured under working conditions. The results show that coefficient are affected material, operating speed, applied load cooling water temperature, which in change state. component content carbon black self-lubricated materials can affect deformation size, frictional performances coefficients bearings. higher smaller state changed. With increase specific pressure some range, contact between decreases due augment area so As temperature enhanced, sometimes declines, but critical speed producing increases softened rubber.
