ABSTRACT
Abstract This study aimed to measure the total arsenic content deposited in ovaries of three consecutive generations mice. The animals were treated with two different concentrations determine whether histological changes caused ovaries. control group mice received tap water, whereas experimental groups given dissolved (III)-oxide. both increased each generation. highest was recorded third generation second group. Between generation, significant differences average number corpora lutea and ovarian follicles identified. Arsenic structural all generations.
