ABSTRACT
Background: Testicular torsion is a surgical emergency that needs prompt diagnosis and treatment. Point-of-Care ultrasound (POCUS) can not only establish the but also guide Emergency Physician in evaluating response to manual detorsion. Case Report: We describe case of 13-year-old male who presented with acute scrotal pain. demonstrate how bedside was used make testicular torsion, technique for detorsion, confirm adequate return blood flow. Our illustrates ease which POCUS be real time diagnose treat organ-threatening pathology, more importantly, it shows real-time detorse testicle refractory standard detorsion technique.
