ABSTRACT
This paper proposes an efficient approach for transmission network expansion planning.Three indicators are proposed to evaluate the planning, which is power grid vulnerability, wind accommodation and operation cost.Vulnerability evaluated based on complex theory, analysis performed by rate of abandoned power.The optimization planning translated into constraints multi-objective problem.A novel QS-MOWE algorithm improvement quick sort NSGA-II has been proposed.The method can be used effectively study effect increasing integration vulnerability with high generation uncertainties.The model algorithms applied calculate a case 6 units.The results show that modeling provide useful guidance problems.
