ABSTRACT
Introduction. The current study describes the planning process and aims of university reforms in Spain suggests an innovative proposal, namely design evaluation a week-long induction programme for first-year bachelor‟s degree students at University Lleida (Spain), organised within European higher education framework. purpose this is to help new adapt life.Method. A total 102 ten lecturers were involved study. These participants responded questionnaires interviews. We contrasted all results order obtain some that useful evaluate programmee which introduced first four degrees.Results. Findings revealed gave very positive feedback regarding programme, also highlighted areas could be improved.Conclussion. proposals clearly require level staff participation make them work, highlighting need appropriate training improving coordination with systems.
