The aging population has become a significant concern in many countries, including Malaysia. As developing country, Malaysia is still struggling to provide better care for the elderly segment, which increasing number and demands distinctive attention, care, treatment from both family society. This study aims examine relationship between Perception of Health Happiness, Behavioral Attitude, Promotion, Education, Quality Care, Proactive Environment, Elderly Care Services Aging centers A probability simple random sampling technique was utilized distributing survey-based questionnaire, 328 responses were collected entrepreneurs registered non-registered centers. research model assessed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling. remarkable results are: (1) Happiness do not affect Environment. (2) Education significantly quality (3) Environment mediate Attitudes, Education. (4) insignificantly mediates Happiness. findings revealed that have effect. Hence, present should further be strengthened enhance center services betterment centers, especially those are operated by entrepreneurs. implication discussed paper.
