ABSTRACT
During the harvesting process, rigid materials are prone to causing damage cotton stalks, which will increasethe risk of stalk breakage. A pulling component that blends stiff and flexible was devised lower thebreaking rate. The made up rollers belts pull stalks using clampingforce forward speed tractor. influence various factors in equipment on effect cottonstalks were analyzed through response surface experiments, a multiple quadratic regression model withmissing rate breakage as values established. significant influencing breakingrate descending order as: angle pulling, tractor's speed, clampingspeed component. working parameters wheel-belt type machine have beenoptimized combination experimental method, optimal parameter obtainedas: tractor 4.5 km/h, 60°, clamping pullingcomponent 349 r/min. results validation experiments showed missing 5.06%and 13.12%, indicating good stalks. reasonable theperformance could meet relevant inspection requirements. can provide reference for furtherresearch technology pulling.
