ABSTRACT
This article is based on the specific content requirements of "Opinions" in context new period, and conducts research current development status integration labour education universities, secondary school, elementary schools. Through research, it found that implementation schools has achieved certain results, but there are still some obstacles, such as insufficient understanding connotation schools, lack coherence different stages, institutional guarantee for integration.
