ABSTRACT
In order to optimize operational efficiency and increase profit, the airline managers emphasize an all-out promotion of continuous improvement make application techniques operations that will lead success. The other way is process overbooking one common strategies implemented practically by management company. Overbooking applied extensively in service industry protect themselves from unwanted situations such as cancellations no-show passengers. But during implementation parties' airline, can resist some customers when number arrivals exceeds existing capacity on flights. accomplishment handling well less satisfaction upset doubtful about maintaining their loyalties Therefore this study discussed customer perspectives be able understand more policies conducted so did not feel upset. paper, promotional activities perspective company have a strong correlation repurchase with score 73.1% or 0.731 value pearson done through system spss.
