ABSTRACT
Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment (PSCI) is one of the major complications after stroke. The evaluation PSCI usually depends on neuropsychology tests, but results these tests are subjective and inaccurate. Need to find more objective indicators as identification markers PSCI. In this study, we use machine learning biomakers PSCI, established regulatory networks at transcriptional level. Several gene such ORC1, TOMM40L SHISAL2A identified biomakers, several miRNA hsa-mir-130b-3p hsa-mir-484 interacted most tight with genes. study help better distinguish patients PS in clinical practice, identifying relevant biomarker genes miRNAs that can serve potential therapeutic sites.
