ABSTRACT
Motivation: The presence of nsSNPs in genes encoding drug targets, or metabolizing enzymes has been increasingly associated with response and diseases. use computational tools to analyze sequence structure data proteins can contribute increase prediction efficiency the impact caused by these nsSNPs. Results: We have developed TargetSNPdb, a database server that contains predictions structural functional protein coding genes, including target enzyme genes. analysis results obtained from several (such as SIFT, PolyPhen, AutoDock, GROMACS) relevant study amino acid residue substitutions were integrated existent information records literature genetic association databases, enabling combination variety different approaches evaluate potential on function. Potential applications TargetSNPdb include priorization for experimental studies. Availability: be accessed via http://nequim.qui.ufmg.br/targetsnp/
