ABSTRACT
In the context of 5G smart era, demand for electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorbing materials has become increasingly prominent, so it is necessary to explore promising candidate materials. This work focuses on exploration material properties MoAlB MAB phase system. Firstly, first-principles calculations were performed reveal unique crystal and layered structure ceramics predict its potential use as an EMW absorption material. Subsequently, a series synthesized at temperatures ranging from 800 °C 1300 °C, influence temperature compositions microstructures obtained was characterized analyzed. Finally, practical performance prepared evaluated in combination experiments Radar Cross Section calculation. The sample 900 exhibits superior performance, achieving impressive minimum reflection loss (RL) value −50.33 dB. good electrical conductivity samples are main reasons enhanced which provides interfacial polarization multiple dielectric mechanisms. Therefore, this study not only contributes understanding preparation but also serves guidance their utilization realm absorption.
