ABSTRACT
Background. The existence of several models the myolamellar structure ventricular myocardium, which currently has a number contradictory provisions, reflects need for reasonable integration results different methods. Under these circumstances, study those ontogenetic mechanisms that are responsible formation and development architecture myocardium is great interest. purpose to determine transformations embryonic chicken heart ensure myocardium. Methods. work examined embryos Cobb500 cross chickens from beginning 10th day 21st incubation. lamellar organization was studied using light transmission electron microscopy. Results. Starting 36th stage according NN (the incubation), active stromal component observed in embryos, led division tissue compact into groups muscle fibers form narrow elongated flat plates containing thicker than 3 5 rows cardiomyocytes. At 41st 43rd stages development, intercellular matrix mass continued as part spaces within narrowed, between myolamellae, perimysium accumulated elements microcirculatory bed, functionally fibroblasts, large amount amorphous substance, bundles formed collagen fibers. final embryogenesis, left ventricle acquired pronounced spiral orientation with gradual displacement long axis direction apex its base. In wall right ventricle, location myolamella transverse oblique-circular orientation. Conclusion. A comparison geometry made it possible reveal starting 38th conditions translational-rotational mechanism chamber contraction were increased, difference systolic diastolic volumes ensured not only by longitudinal apico-basal vector compression cavity, but also mutual sliding spirally oriented wall. based on longitudinal-circular accordance composition without state systole.
